Terms and Conditions for Coffee Machine Repair Services

Welcome to Coffee Machine Repair (CMR). Our commitment is to offer exceptional repair and refurbishment services for coffee machines. We prioritize integrity and customer satisfaction in all our operations.

1. Service Agreement :

Repair Request Submission: To initiate a repair, please complete the detailed form available on our contact us form . Ensure all issues with the machine are explicitly stated.
Assessment and Estimate: We will provide a preliminary cost estimate based on the information provided in the form. This estimate may be subject to change upon physical inspection of the machine.

2. Pricing and PaymentMinimum Repair Charge:

Our services start at a minimum fee of R1850.00, covering up to one hour of labor.
Advance Payment: Full payment is after the machine is repaired or serviced. We accept various forms of payment, detailed on our website.
Refund Policy: Refurbishment services can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, provided no service has been initiated.

3. Shipping and Handling

Inbound and Outbound Shipping: We provide shipping labels for convenience, but customers may opt to arrange their own shipping. While we insure outbound shipments, customers are encouraged to insure inbound shipments as well.

4. Warranty

Coverage: Repairs and refurbished machines are covered by a 90-day warranty, which includes parts, labor. This warranty does not cover damages from misuse, use of inappropriate materials (e.g., oily beans), or external causes.
Troubleshooting Support: We offer remote troubleshooting support. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely and is under warranty, we will manage and cover shipping for repairs.

5. Returns and Cancellations
Machine Returns: Unused machines can be returned within 30 days for a refund, minus shipping, handling, and processing fees. Machines that have been used are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Cancellation of Services: If a repair is canceled after payment but before work begins, a full refund will be issued. Once repairs have commenced, any cancellation will require payment for completed work.

6. Additional Repair and Unrepairable Machines

Additional Repairs: If further issues are identified during the repair, we will provide a revised estimate. Customers must approve additional costs before proceeding.
Unrepairable Machines: Occasionally, a machine may be deemed unrepairable. Customers will be responsible for any work already completed and have the option to sell the machine to us for parts.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
