What you are buying
Every machine is pre-owned. Before a machine goes on sale, our technicians clean it, service it, replace worn seals and test it with real coffee. The photos on each listing show the actual machine for sale, and the listing says whether it is available now or coming soon.
Price
The price on the listing is the price of the machine in South African rand. Delivery in Gauteng is free. Courier delivery outside Gauteng costs a flat R350, added to your invoice before you pay.
How to pay
Payment is by EFT. Message or call us to confirm the machine is still available, and we send you an invoice with our bank details. We release the machine once the payment reflects in our account.
Collection and delivery
- Collection: collect your machine from our workshop in Randpark Ridge, Randburg, by arrangement.
- Delivery in Gauteng: free. We agree a delivery day with you once payment reflects.
- Courier outside Gauteng: R350 flat fee. We pack the machine securely and courier it after payment reflects. Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days.
Returns within 7 days
You have 7 days from the day you receive a machine to return it for any reason.
- Contact us within the 7 days to tell us you are returning the machine.
- Return it in the condition you received it, with every part and accessory supplied.
- Drop it off at our Randburg workshop or courier it back to us. You pay the cost of sending it back.
- Once we receive the machine, we refund the full amount you paid by EFT within 30 days.
The 2-month guarantee
Every pre-owned machine carries our 2-month guarantee from the day you receive it. If a fault appears within those 2 months, contact us and we repair it at no cost for parts or labour. For buyers outside Gauteng, we arrange and pay for the courier both ways.
The guarantee doesn’t cover damage from a drop or knock, a power surge, scale from skipped descaling, oily beans in the grinder, or repairs by anyone else.
Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act
These terms add to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act and don’t take any of them away. If a machine turns out to be defective, you’re entitled to ask for a repair, a replacement or a refund within six months of delivery, as the Act allows.
Cancelling an order
Cancel any time before the machine leaves our workshop. We refund the full amount you paid by EFT.
